"I received my J.D. from the State University at Buffalo Law School, with a concentration in finance transactions. While in law school, I clerked for the largest consumer bankruptcy firm in WNY, the City of Buffalo Law Department, and Chief Justice Carl Bucki of the Federal Bankruptcy Court, WDNY. My experiences allowed me to gain knowledge in the areas of corporate, tax, bankruptcy, lien, municipal, and labor law, as well as mergers and acquisitions. I graduated summa cum laude from Niagara University, receiving a B.S. in Commerce, and the Ockerman Award for Excellence in Economics and Finance.
I had the good fortune of joining HoganWillig in September, 2009. As my passion lies in business and finance, I am pleased to be part of the firm’s Commercial and Business Law Department. The close-knit environment at HoganWillig, coupled with its professionalism and client respect, provides me with a comfortable foundation from which to build a long-lasting career. The firm’s commitment to education and its affiliation with the University at Buffalo are things I value highly. I am confident HoganWillig is the perfect fit for me."
