Amy's Blog Posts
"I have been practicing law for 27 years with an emphasis on ownership of property, whether real estate, estate planning, real property tax challenges and condemnation or business formation and operation. My skills and strengths center on helping clients to understand the legal issues that need to be addressed in their lives, and helping try to resolve these issues in a collaborative way. Most frequently life presents these issues in ways that call for a multidisciplinary approach and that is what I try to find for my clients. I am also particularly interested in the care and concerns of the elderly, and hope that I have the personal skills and demeanor to work in that area in a dignified, non-patronizing way. I came to HoganWillig because of its commitment to a client centered practice of law and the wide range of outstanding support I could offer my clients in all areas of legal practice."
