Attorney

HoganWillig, a growing and progressive full-service law firm with approximately 25 attorneys, is seeking a newly admitted attorney with strong research and writing skills.

HoganWillig is based in Amherst, NY and has been voted as one of WNY's Best Place to Work for the past 7 years. We offer highly competitive salaries commensurate with experience and performance. Excellent benefits are available, including medical, life, disability and malpractice insurance, seminar and CLE costs, membership dues, cell phone, etc.

Estate and Elder Law Attorney

HoganWillig, a growing and progressive full-service law firm with 35+ attorneys, is seeking an experienced full-time Elder Law attorney. Candidates must have experience in Medicare and Medicaid planning. Experience in preparing estate planning documents, trusts, probate matters and/or guardianships a plus. Must have a strong work ethic and a strong academic background.

Family Law/Matrimonial Attorney

HoganWillig, a growing and progressive full-service law firm with 25+ attorneys, is seeking a full-time attorney for our family law/matrimonial department. Ideal candidate should have one to three or more years of experience handling family law and/or matrimonial matters. Must have a strong work ethic and a strong academic background.

Civil Litigation/Medical Malpractice Attorney

HoganWillig, a growing and progressive full-service law firm with 25+ attorneys, is seeking a full-time attorney for our civil litigation and medical malpractice department. Ideal candidate should have one to three or more years of experience handling litigation and/or medical malpractice matters. Must have a strong work ethic as well as strong research and writing skills.

Paralegal
HoganWillig, a growing and progressive full-service law firm with approximately 90 employees, including approximately 30 attorneys, is seeking a full-time legal assistant. Should have a friendly and personable disposition, a high attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. A 4-year college degree with a B or better average is a minimum requirement. Prior experience is not needed for this position and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
