Since admission to practice law in 2004, Cheryl Aloi has focused her practice almost exclusively on matrimonial and family law issues. Over the years, she has handled numerous cases in both Family Court and Supreme Court throughout several counties in Western New York. She assists clients in resolving issues through settlement, or by litigation when necessary by preparing cases for judicial relief through trial. For clients who choose not to litigate and prefer an alternative form of dispute resolution, Ms. Aloi is trained and experienced in both mediation and collaborative law.
In addition to representing spouses when marital difficulties arise, Ms. Aloi also represents children in contested custody and visitation proceedings as an active member of the Attorney for Children Panels for Erie and Niagara Counties.
