Professional Experience
After raising her family and working as a legal assistant, Patricia Fay decided to continue her education and pursue a law degree. She received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. While pursuing her degree, she worked at several law firms as a legal assistant and a paralegal. Ms. Fay has experience in many areas of law such as family and matrimonial law, personal injury, civil litigation, estates and estate planning. This has provided her with valuable practical experience in the area of estate planning and probate.
Patricia concentrates her practice area in Estates and Estate Planning. She also prepares Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) for the division of retirement assets after a divorce.
