My primary practice is real estate law. On the surface it would appear to be only the purchasing and selling of properties, commercial and residential. There is so much more to the practice than one initially would think. First of all, you are representing clients who are likely completing the biggest transaction of their lives. There is a great deal of emotion in the purchase and sale of property, particularly residential property. The staff and attorneys at HoganWillig are professionals who have a significant number of years in real estate. Some, like myself, have also worked in banking before coming to Hogan Willig. The level of experience is employed to make the buying and selling of both commercial and residential property as smooth and painless as possible. This is my goal – to represent our clients as professionally, efficiently and yet compassionately as I can. This philosophy carries over to the other areas of real estate in which I practice, including Foreclosures, Evictions, Statewide Relocation Services, Commercial and Residential Leases, Landlord/Tenant Issues, among others. I look forward to representing you to the best of my ability.
