My practice is centered on civil litigation and helping people who need to rely on the courts to resolve a problem. Regardless of whether I represent a plaintiff or a defendant, many of my clients would rather resolve their case through negotiation and compromise. At HoganWillig we are always seeking to get the best results for our clients, and in many cases it is appropriate to pursue a solution through mediation, arbitration, or some other alternative dispute resolution forum. However, when the other side can't, or won't, listen to reason we bring to bear all the resources necessary to provide zealous advocacy in the courtroom.
