Linda Stravalaci Grear

I am a supervising associate attorney at HoganWillig, in the firm's Estates, Estate Planning & Trusts Department, practicing in the areas of probate estates, estate planning, trusts, and guardianship law. I have concentrated my practice in the field of Elder Law, Estates, Estate Planning & Trusts since 1995.
Like many people, my parents immigrated to the United States from Italy in search of a better future for their children. My family instilled in me the belief that one can accomplish anything with hard work and dedication, which inspired me to pursue a career in law.
After receiving my Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1991, I attended the University of Akron School of Law. I attained my Juris Doctor degree in 1994 and, afterwards, was fortunate to gain a position with a highly-respected Elder Law firm. I joined HoganWillig in 2001. At HoganWillig, I have learned not only the mechanics of probate estates, estate planning, trusts, and guardianship law, but the importance of compassion and understanding in dealing with clients who are enduring emotionally trying times. I receive immense satisfaction from helping clients in their time of need, with a team of dedicated individuals who share a common goal of excellence in the legal profession.
I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, the Niagara County Bar Association and have served as an officer of the Lockport Bar Association for several terms. I also receive great enjoyment from volunteering at various charitable events that support cancer research and patient care.
