My family and I are lifelong residents of Western New York where I have practiced Law for 24 years. I am a graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A.1978) and after several years in the Business world attended Law School graduating from the University of Buffalo in 1984 (J.D. cum laude).  My practice has included many areas of Litigation, including, among others, Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation, Defense Insurance Litigation,  Auto Accidents, Bus Accidents, Motorcycle accidents, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, Toxic Torts, Labor Law, Dog Bites, Slip and Falls, Nursing Home Accidents/Abuse, Insurance Coverage Disputes and Litigation, Insurance Bad Faith, Commercial Trucking, and Contract Litigation.
