	Joan Dolce Dunn, RN, SNP, DNS Certified Legal Nurse Consultant I received a B.S. in Nursing at Niagara University, and also hold a Doctor of Nursing Science, Masters of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo. My previous professional experience is in clinical nursing and teaching nursing at Niagara University. I now concentrate my Legal Nurse Consulting practice primarily in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. The combination of my years of giving nursing care and educating nurses has provided a unique basis for me to understand and value the patient's perspective for each of our clients. First, I analyze the medical care that our client received and then I compare this to the standards of medical care to which they are entitled. From this our medical malpractice team then develops the theme which becomes the basis for our client's legal action.
	Jessica Hulbert Firm Administrator I received my Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Canisius College and my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Buffalo State College, cum laude. I joined HoganWillig in 2006 as a member of the firm's Marketing Department. In conjuction with our marketing team, I oversee the coordination of all of the firm's marketing, advertising, PR, business development and collateral material. I also handle the human resources functions of the firm, from recruiting to benefits administration. HoganWillig is truly a client-focused firm, dedicated to meeting each client's specific legal needs, and I am pleased to be part of the HW family.
	Jason Jablonski IT Specialist I graduated from Niagara County Community College with an A.S. in Computer Information Systems.  Over the past five years, my freelance experience includes hardware and software installation, website design and general PC assistance. I enjoy the family atmosphere here at HoganWillig. We strive to make our clients as comfortable as possible.  I am proud to help provide useful information to our clients via our website.
	Christopher Ronald IT Technician  I grew up in WNY where I  graduated from Buffalo State College with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. I started my career at a small IT company based in West Seneca as an IT Specialist, gaining valuable work experience with hardware and software implementation,  various networks, and servers. I joined HoganWillig in December 2009 to help support the daily technology issues within the firm, as well as, updating and maintaining their current network. As a part of the HoganWillig team, I am confident in my abilities to provide and support each team member with IT problem-solving to ensure daily productivity.
	Karl F. Kofod Certified Public Accountant  I received my MBA in finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo and my Certified Public Accountant license in 1978. For over 30 years, I have extensive experience working with CPA firms, private companies and government entities on complex financial matters, tax problem resolutions and tax compliance. At HoganWillig, I assist with the day-to-day financial operations of the firm, budgeting, forecasting, as well as preparing estate and client tax returns. The availability of an in-house CPA serves as a valuable additional resource to provide the best service to our clients.
	Deborah R. Gauny, RN Certified Legal Nurse Consultant I received my Nursing degree from Erie Community College in 1990 and a degree in Substance Abuse Counseling in 1998, also from ECC. I began my nursing career at Erie County Medical Center and the VA Hospital in Buffalo, New York. After receiving my degree in Substance Abuse, I worked as an RN in that field for Horizon Village and Horizon Health Services. Two grandchildren later, I decided to return to the field of hospital nursing at Kenmore Mercy Hospital where I worked as a staff nurse in Med-Surg until I decided to enter the field of Legal Nurse Consulting. I attended the Vicki Milazzo Institute's training and became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant in 2007. My first foray into this field was in defense medical malpractice, which is interesting, but limiting. I decided I wanted something more and an opportunity presented itself for a position at HoganWilig and I was fortunate enough to be brought into the fold. I believe that my nursing experience in both hospital and substance abuse nursing gives me valuable insight into the client's experience as a patient in both the medical and mental health systems. This, combined with my experience in defense medical malpractice, will aid me in analyzing and meeting our clients’ needs in order to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
