Our real estate department seeks to address each client's particular real estate goal to the best of our ability. We have therefore separated our staff into three teams which focus on (1) sales and purchases, (2) mortgage lending, (3) relocation, (4) foreclosure and REO sales. We provide all of these services throughout New York State for private individuals and for nationwide companies.

We take pride in helping our clients save thousands of dollars by carefully negotiating contract and repair issues, keeping closing costs low and resolving complicated title and post-closing issues without litigation. Our clients place their confidence in us and we strive to earn their trust every day.
