Professional Experience
Mr. Silverstein has concentrated his practice in the areas of estates and elder law for over 20 years. He is a former bank trust officer, where he handled administration of estates, trusts and employee benefit plans.
Mr. Silverstein has often spoken to community groups and has appeared on radio programs, discussing issues from his areas of practice. Mr. Silverstein presently serves as the Recording Secretary of the Bar Association of Erie County Elder Law Committee and the Surrogates Court Practice and Procedure Committee.
