Linda Stravalaci Grear

Estate Planning & Elder Law Chair


Linda Stravalaci Grear is Chair of HoganWillig's Estate Planning & Elder Law Department. She practices in areas of probate estates, estate planning, trusts, and guardianship law. Mrs. Grear has practiced in the field of Elder Law, Estates, Estate Planning & Trusts since 1995.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College at Buffalo in 1991, she then attended the University of Akron School of Law where she attained her Juris Doctor degree in 1994. She is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, the Bar Association of Niagara County, and the Lockport Bar Association. Mrs. Grear is a frequent presenter both in the legal community for Continuing Legal Education programs and in the community at large on various estate planning and elder law topics.

Linda attributes her hard work, integrity, and success to her upbringing by her Italian immigrant parents. Given her involvement in what can be an emotionally and financially trying time for a client, Linda emphasizes the importance of compassion and understanding in client relations. This dedication to her clients and the firm has earned Linda the position of Department Chair at HoganWillig. Overall, Linda is acclaimed by both clients and attorneys in the Western New York region.
