Michael Colletta is a member of the Matrimonial & Family Law group at HoganWillig. His practice includes contested divorce and post-divorce modification/enforcement proceedings in Supreme Court as well as custody, relocation, support and family offense proceedings in Family Court.
Mr. Colletta, admitted to practice in 2010, received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining HoganWillig, Mr. Colletta was in private practice in Elmira, New York, where he focused on civil litigation and domestic relations matters. Mr. Colletta also served on the assigned counsel panel for Chemung County Family Court, assisting indigent clients in custody and child neglect proceedings.
Mr. Colletta received his B.A. from Ithaca College in 2003, summa cum laude, and taught high school social studies before attending law school.
