Rebecca M. Guerra currently focuses her practice in HoganWillig’s Estate Planning & Elder Law department. She practices in areas of probate estates, estate planning, trusts, and guardianship law.
Prior to joining HoganWillig, Ms. Guerra practiced in the areas of medical malpractice defense and workers’ compensation defense law.
Ms. Guerra received her Juris Doctor degree in 2012, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Before law school, Ms. Guerra was an executive with a workflow software firm in Rochester, New York.
