Jaclyn's Blog Posts
"As a Buffalo native, I attended the University at Buffalo for my undergraduate and legal degrees. I earned my B.A. in Sociology, magna cum laude, in 2000 and then obtained my J.D., cum laude, in 2003. Prior to focusing my practice on personal injury, I defended local media entities in defamation cases. I gained much of my litigation experience defending individuals in personal injury cases.
I am excited and honored to be representing claimants now. The knowledge and experience that I earned defending personal injury cases has provided me with a great deal of insight that I now apply to the prosecution of such claims.
In addition to practicing personal injury law, I also represent defendants in criminal and traffic matters. The investigation of any type of case is essential its defense or prosecution and our firm is extremely thorough in this regard. Much of the time I spend working on cases consists of research and investigation."
