Jaclyn S. Wanemaker
As a Buffalo native, I attended the University at Buffalo for my undergraduate and legal degrees. I earned my B.A. in Sociology, magna cum laude, in 2000 and then obtained my J.D., cum laude, in 2003. Prior to focusing my practice on personal injury, I defended local media entities in defamation cases. I gained much of my litigation experience defending individuals in personal injury cases. I am excited and honored to be representing claimants now. The knowledge and experience that I earned defending personal injury cases has provided me with a great deal of insight that I now apply to the prosecution of such claims. In addition to practicing personal injury law, I also represent defendants in criminal and traffic matters. The investigation of any type of case is essential its defense or prosecution and our firm is extremely thorough in this regard.
