Overview
Ken Redding has been practicing law since 1981 and has been one of this area’s major residential real estate and bank attorneys since moving here in 1993. He brings a wealth of experience as a senior counsel member in the firm’s Commercial and Residential Real Estate Department.
Mr. Redding graduated with a BA from Skidmore College in 1978 and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1981 and the New York Bar in 1982.
Mr. Redding has participated as a lecturer for the NYS Bar Association continuing legal education program, given many training sessions at various real estate offices and has been a member of the Erie County Real Estate Committee. He also helped draft the Bar Association form for residential real estate that is used in Erie and Niagara Counties.
Mr. Redding designed and developed several database programs and other computer programs for preparing legal documents for wills, real estate matters and loan closings and continues to apply this knowledge to increase efficiency in representing sellers, buyers and lenders.
Ken has served on the board of Kevin Guest House, the first independent healthcare hospitality house in America, and was a member of Rotary for several years.
