William J. Gerken is a litigation attorney practicing in the firm’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice departments. His focus areas within the Personal Injury Department include automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, dog bite incidents, and sexual abuse cases involving Child Victims Act protections.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gerken studied insurance coverage under one of the nation’s foremost experts and clerked for Hon. Lisa Bloch Rodwin at New York State Family Court in an externship role working on child abuse and neglect cases.
Mr. Gerken graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School and Rochester’s Institute of Technology. He is a regular lecturer at area colleges and CLE conferences as well as an active community volunteer for organ donation, youth mentoring, and crisis counseling.
